Comprehensive SAT/ACT Prep: Personalized Tutoring for Success

At A+ Skills, we’re committed to helping students succeed on the SAT and ACT exams. With college admissions more competitive than ever, we continue to offer affordable tutoring packages to make test prep accessible. Most students require 14-20 hours of tutoring to achieve their best results.

Our goal is to help students reach their full potential, boosting their scores and test-taking confidence.

Where to Begin: Diagnostic Testing
We recommend a diagnostic test for students new to the SAT/ACT. This practice exam provides a detailed report, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, so our tutors can create a personalized plan. If your student has taken the SAT/ACT previously, their score report can serve as a substitute.

Available by scheduled appointment.

Tutor Specializations:
Students are paired with tutors who specialize in the SAT/ACT’s specific subject areas. Some students may work with one tutor, while others may be paired with two, each focusing on their area of expertise.

Scheduling:
We recommend at least two hours of tutoring per week, with one hour per subject. Start prep 7 weeks before your test date for optimal results.

Student Commitment:
In addition to tutoring, students will have homework to reinforce the strategies learned in sessions. Consistent attendance and homework completion are key to success. The more effort students put in, the more they’ll gain from their tutoring experience.
